Manage. Protect. Recover.
Manage devices consistently
Remote visibility and patch management help maintain a clearer picture of enrolled devices and their software. We review your current environment before planning deployment.
Respond to endpoint threats
Antivirus, ransomware detection, and endpoint detection and response provide complementary security capabilities. Policies and escalation requirements are considered during onboarding.
Plan for recovery
Endpoint backup supports recovery planning. We discuss the data to protect, retention requirements, and recovery expectations as part of the service scope.
What we review before you enroll
Tell us how many computers you have, where employees work, which operating systems you use, and whether an internal IT team will share responsibilities. We also review existing protection, important applications, and any change windows so implementation can be planned around your business.
Email security, password management, and other services can be discussed alongside your endpoint plan. Included services and support arrangements are documented in your proposal.

PLAN YOUR NEXT STEP
What to discuss with TSN
Share the number and types of devices, operating systems, business-critical applications, and existing protection tools. Identify a pilot group and a contact for application compatibility issues. Confirm monitoring, response, reporting, and coverage terms for the selected plan before rollout.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Good questions. Clear answers.
Can we leave the old security software installed?
The deployment plan should review existing products and compatibility. Removal or coexistence decisions need to be made deliberately rather than assuming multiple tools will work together.
Are all computers covered automatically?
Only the devices and capabilities included in the agreed service should be treated as covered. New devices, unsupported systems, and changes in scope need to be addressed through the management process.
